1. Host Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate property information, availability, and pricing.
• You must ensure your property meets our quality and safety standards for workations.
• You must honor all confirmed bookings made through the platform.

2. Commissions and Payouts

Remotely charges a commission fee for each successful booking. Payouts are processed according to our standard payout schedule after guest check-in, minus applicable fees.

3. Cancellation by Host

Host cancellations severely disrupt guest plans. Frequent cancellations may result in penalties, suspension, or removal of your listing from the platform.

4. Compliance with Laws

As a host, you are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and tax requirements regarding short-term rentals and hospitality services in your area.

5. Termination

Remotely reserves the right to suspend or terminate your partner account if you violate these terms or consistently receive poor guest reviews.
